MONTBLANC Charity Reception for UNICEF
Jul 27 2010
Wednesday, July 28th, 2010 - 11.00 a.m., Montblanc Boutique Salzburg - Alter Markt 1 Guests: Ingrid Roosen-Trinks, Director Montblanc Cultural Foundation

The culture of writing, which Montblanc has always cherished and promoted, is one of the oldest achievements of mankind. Nevertheless, many countries nowadays still lack the resources for communicating the most basic writing and reading skills.
Montblanc has been supporting UNICEF and promoting international educational programmes against illiteracy since 2004.
Montblanc also launched the exclusive "Signature for Good" collection of writing instruments, jewellery, leather and accessories.
In February this year, Montblanc was able to give UNICEF a total amount of more than USD 2 million. The Montblanc Wish Tree for UNICEF was also presented at the major charity event in Los Angeles. Celebrities such as Christoph Waltz, Adrien Brody, Colin Firth, Kate Bosworth, Nicole Richie, Kristina Davies and many more wrote their personal wishes for the children of this world on small cards and placed them on the Wish Tree.
Montblanc would like to continue this tradition in Salzburg and ask celebrities and artists at the festival for their personal wish for the UNICEF tree.
